Shopping Trolley –You have no items in your trolley
If you experience problems with your product during the warranty period please contact us and describe the nature of the problem.
If a return is deemed necessary it is your responsibility to package the product in a secure fashion and return it to us. For this reason we advise that you retain the original packaging for the duration of the warranty period. If, for example, you fail to adequately package the item and it is repaired under warranty, you may end up with a product that works correctly but bears the scars of inadequate protection in the post.
Faulty products still under warranty will either be repaired or replaced. Where repair is not possible or a replacement is not available we will provide a refund.
Note that it is your responsibility to read the product’s instruction manual and carefully follow the directions it contains. If anything is unclear in the instruction manual or you have questions about setting up or operating a product – please contact us. If you damage your product by not following the manual you will void your warranty.
Shipping Damage
If your order suffers damage during shipping you must notify us the next working day after it arrives. Claims for shipping damage will not be recognised after this period.
All products that we sell are covered by a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty – apart from:
• 2 year warranty on all Howard Miller, Kieninger and Harrowdene products.
